Юр, по мне так 10-15 минут кипячения (на сколь угодно малом огне) — это резинопиздец для креветок/раков. 10 минут — верхний предел для очень уж крупных особей. И речь конечно же о сырых (зелёных), а не варёно-мороженых (красных).
