1. Фонд на треть финансируется программой сбербанка
2. Перекрыть финансирование можно не перезаключая договор

Ну и посмотрите у Чичваркина и И.М.Хо. Если Чич ещё мог бы сфолить, но в фол Матвеевича я поверить не могу, извините.
